Airports in COVID-19 era are just different :(
Japan is still closed for foreign tourists. Only citizens and existing long-term residents can get in. They don’t even accept new long-term residents since this January.
Stayed at a pretty new, trendy, modern luxury hotel EDITION Tokyo. They have really great view of Tokyo Tower and claim that their hotel is the only place where you can see it at eye level.
We were a week too early for full-bloom Sakura in Naka-Meguro, but it was quite pretty already :)
Very instagrammable place to have your afternoon tea. It also taste yummy! Reservation is recommended as it can get busy on weekends.
As an Indonesian, I think I should visit Kopi Kalyan’s Tokyo Branch and I was pleasantly surprised that it was crowded, with good mix of Japanese and Indonesian visitors! It is more expensive than its Indonesian shops, but well, what do you expect 😆
Love this small French Bistro at Azabu Juban: Plate Tokyo. Dishes on that day was made by a friend and my fave is the mushroom croquet!
I think Tokyo did not want me to leave! The weather was extremely bad on that day.
Authentic (both the food and the decoration) Thai Chain Restaurant with many branches strategically located in Tokyo. Taste yummy too!
Experiencing 8D at NHK Shibuya Scramble Square
Haneda was so quiet. It was around 9pm and the only shop opened was one Lawson :(
There were only about 50 people on board I think. Could not imagine something like that happening pre-COVID!
